Chris Patton, Senior Media & Outreach Manager at Global-5 Communications, is certified in all-hazards communications through the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Advanced Public Information Officers Course (E388) and Florida Division of Emergency Management’s Basic Public Information Officers Course (G290). His crisis communications skills have been honed during a number of activations, including Florida’s string of hurricanes in 2004 and the 2007 Groundhog Day Tornadoes, the second-deadliest tornado outbreak ever in the state.

Global-5's Public Information & Marketing Manager Tracie Kendziora is a trained meeting facilitator. Her skills in listening and observing, presenting information, managing participation, handling conflict, restating and reframing, and synthesizing and summarizing result in effective meetings. Tracie knows how to ask the right questions, read non-verbal signals and take control of meetings to achieve objectives and goals.

Mary Hamill has been Accredited in Public Relations (APR) since 2003. The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) established the APR credential 50 years ago to recognize practitioners who have mastered the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to develop and deliver strategic communications. Mary is also the recipient of PRSA’s highest award, the 2013 Silver Anvil, for her outreach work on behalf of FDOT’s 511 Traveler Information System.
