Global-5 is proud to announce our record-breaking performance in the 2026 Hermes Creative Awards. The client Initiatives that we produced — ranging from campaign assets to public outreach programs to videos — brought home a total of five awards, including two platinum and three gold.
The Hermes Creative Awards program is produced by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. It honors campaigns, videos, websites, publications, and other projects that demonstrate exceptional strategy, creativity, and results.
Platinum Awards
The Florida Public Transportation Association’s “Transit Connects Florida” campaign earned Platinum Awards in both the integrated marketing campaign and paid media creative assets categories. The campaign tells a bold, colorful story about how buses and trains connect Floridians to jobs, family, fun, and opportunity. Its eye-catching visuals and appealing message attracted more than 106 million impressions.

The “Transit Connects Florida” campaign strengthened public understanding of transit as a vital link between people, communities, and possibilities.
Gold Awards
In a new twist on community outreach projects that don’t fit into the traditional public relations mold, the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Five won Gold Awards for two unique efforts. The WalkWise Public Safety Outreach program was honored for its unique approach to bringing lifesaving pedestrian safety education directly to vulnerable community members — proving that sometimes the best outreach happens face-to-face. In like fashion, the Middle School Bike Safety Public Outreach program turned heads for combining helmet fittings, hands-on safety lessons, and student-created artwork to develop young riders into ambassadors for safer bicycling.
FDOT District Five’s video Daryl Carter Parkway Interchange Navigation Animation was singled out for its effective use of animation. This production technique offers an easy-to-follow guide from a driver’s perspective, preparing viewers to navigate the complex new interchange with confidence.

WalkWise Public Safety Outreach presentation attendees are encouraged to participate in interactive activities and to take the WalkWise pledge.

The Middle School Bike Safety Public Outreach program used an art contest to encourage students to think critically about their own riding behaviors while celebrating creativity.
